What Conditions Can Laser Therapy Treat?

Laser therapy is ideal for treating a variety of conditions in both dogs and cats, including:

Arthritis & Joint Pain

Laser therapy increases circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes cell regeneration, helping pets with pain relief and increased mobility.

Muscle and Ligament Injuries

Laser therapy helps relax tense muscles and reduce spasms, which improves flexibility and reduces the risk of re-injury.

Post-Surgical Healing

Laser therapy reduces pain and swelling at the surgical site, which gives pets a more comfortable recovery and reduces post-op complications.

Wounds, Burns, and Skin Conditions

Laser therapy stimulates collagen production and skin cell regeneration, which helps close wounds faster and improves overall skin repair.

How Does Laser Therapy Work?

During a session, a handheld device emits a therapeutic laser beam that penetrates deep into your pet’s tissues, where it increases blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and stimulates cellular activity. This process, known as photobiomodulation, encourages damaged cells to repair and regenerate more quickly. Treatments are completely painless—most pets find them soothing and relaxing. Sessions typically last between 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the area being treated, and there’s no need for sedation or shaving. It’s safe, drug-free, and can be used alongside other treatments to manage pain, promote healing, and improve overall comfort and mobility.
